Shipping and returns

With PLEASEDONTBUY you can hire your dress for 4 or 8 days, renting up to 3 garments per order.

If you choose to hire multiple dresses on the same starting date, you will not be able to choose variable hiring periods for each dress. For example, you cannot hire 2 garments, both starting on 01/03, and choose to hire one for 4 days and the other for 8 days. You can have your order delivered to the address you prefer.

Once the order has been finalized, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address, and you will not be able to change the size or colour of your chosen garment or to replace it with another dress.

Unfortunately, the service cannot provide partial or total refunds of the fee you have paid. If you wish to hire another garment, you will have to place a new order. Please note that you cannot have your order delivered to a TWINSET boutique, nor return your garment there.

In the event that your order is delivered earlier than the hire starting date you selected, your hiring period would still begin at the starting date you set in your order. This means that you will be able to return the garment by the last day set in your original order. If you opted for a voluminous dress, you will receive it inside a special box: please retain the box until the end of the hiring period and return the dress to the courier inside it. Contact the courier before the end of the hiring period to book your collection. The garment must be returned to the courier by the end of the last hire day. If your hire end day falls on a Saturday or public holiday, you can return it by the morning of the next working day.

Here is a quick guide to returns:

  • Carefully place the garment in the special PLEASEDONTBUY bag used to deliver it, ensuring that you included any removable accessory (e.g. shoulder pads, belts, slips, etc.);
  • Fold the special bag and place it inside the box used to deliver your garment;
  • Stick the prepaid UPS label on the original box, on top of the delivery label; if you don’t have the prepaid label to return the dress, please contact our Customer Care at help@pleasedontbuy.com to request a new one;
  • Please contact the courier calling XXXXX to book your pick up, stating that you have a pre-paid label for an item to be returned. We recommend contacting the courier to book your collection a few days ahead of time, to avoid incurring in any late fee.

FAQs

  • If the dress you hired no longer satisfies you, you can certainly return it early. Consider this, though: the fee you paid at the start of the hire covers a 4- or 8-day’s rental, therefore even if you return the dress early, or if you never use it, you won't receive a part refund.

  • While you can receive an order placed on PLEASEDONTBUY.COM anywhere you choose, you cannot have it delivered or return it to a TWINSET boutique.

  • PLEASEDONTBUY requires a compulsory fixed fee that varies for different types of dresses.  Of course, the fixed fee does not cover the case of total damage. For further information please visit the service Terms and Conditions section.
